How do we get started?
The relationship we build together is a very important part of person-centred counselling so I offer a 30-minute telephone call to see how we fit when we are working together. I always welcome questions and we wil have chance to find out more about each other. You may want to tell me what you need from counselling and we can arrange our first appointment.
All you need to do at this stage is email, call, text or click the contact me button and complete the form. Leave me a message and I’ll get back to you as quickly as I can.
What about the pandemic?
Regulations around keeping each other safe have eased dramatically since the initial stages of the pandemic but I’m aware that everyone has their own view of what feels safe.
If you would like to meet in person, I will talk to you about what you need to ensure we both feel comfortable in the space. I am keeping touch points clean and using ventilation between clients. I also keep myself informed about current government guidelines and I follow BACP guidelines to keep us as safe as possible.
I also offer online and telephone counselling so working remotely may be something you would like to consider.
Old Front Page
You don’t have to struggle alone. I am here to sit with you on your journey. I’m a warm and caring person and I will work hard to create a space where you will feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings. I invite you to come and connect with me so that we can work together at a therapeutic level.
I won’t ask what’s wrong with you, I’ll ask what’s happened to you. I won’t judge you, but will help you to sort through your experiences and how they have affected you and we can work together to tackle the reasons that brought you to counselling.
