You are the only person who sees life from your point of view. No-one else has had exactly the same life experiences you have. Only you know what is best for you at any moment. Person-centred Counselling is a collaborative journey. I will sit with you as you think about your life. You don’t have to struggle alone.
How do we get started?
The relationship we create is a very important part of person-centred counselling. I therefore offer a 30-minute telephone or online consultation to see how we fit when we are working together. This gives each of chance to ask any questions and find out more about each other. You may want to tell me what you are needing from counselling and we can arrange our first appointment.
All you need to do at this stage is email, call, text or click the contact me button and complete the form. Leave me a message and I’ll get back to you as quickly as I can.
What about the pandemic?
On-line and telephone counselling will always be an option for clients who prefer this way of working. This may feel safer if you, or a member of your house-hold, are clinically vulnerable.
If you would like to meet in person, I will mitigate the risks of covid-19 to ensure we both feel comfortable in the space. I am keeping touch points clean and using ventilation between clients. I also discuss mask wearing with each client. I am keeping myself informed about current government guidelines and following BACP guidelines to keep us as safe as possible.
However you prefer to work, all you need to do is contact me. Therapeutic counselling relies heavily on a good relationship between us, so I offer a free 30 minute online or telephone consultation for us to meet and to answer your questions.
